Had a game where I used a [[Hellkite Tyrant]] to steal all of the AI's artifacts, including two equipments attached to their creature. I then paid to move the equipment to my commander.
On the AI's next turn, despite me having control of the equipment, it was able to unsteal the equipment back by paying their equip costs and stuck them back on its creature. It immediately then killed itself with a life-pay effect, so I could not get a screenshot.
Expected that AI should not be able to activate equip abilities on equipment they no longer control.

Whenever Hellkite Tyrant deals combat damage to a player, gain control of all artifacts that player controls.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control twenty or more artifacts, you win the game.
