From what I've seen Genymotion have changed their download URLs, or you may need to be authenticated to download the binaries now. If you want to send a PR to fix this, I'll be happy to merge it in.
I no longer work with the company who started using this for in house testing after I played around making this one night to see if it would be possible. As such I now have no motivation to maintain this as the current image in docker hub should still work.
