Install prerequirements

A small update, I just added environment variables to /etc/environment system file, rebooted and now they works, so I don't need to manually hard-code them:

And for database it's a better solution to add privileges to DB user, create, prepare, and than remove privileges for creation. Otherwise it could be an access error:

ALTER ROLE maybe_user CREATEDB;

Subdirectory redirect not working, tried a lot of different solutions, but the maximum I've achieved is the homepage render without other internal links.
