The current new version only has the English version. Is there any way to add other languages to the new version?

This is not "current new" version - this is a fork of original 7-zip supporting more compression methods.

However I guess the language packs of mainline version would work here too - so download it from there (e. g. 7-zip.org/a/7z2409-x64.exe), open the file in 7-Zip as archive and extract folder "Lang" into folder with your installation of 7-Zip-zstd. Then you can change the language in Tools->Options...

These are normally included - so we will re-add them.

OK, I'll check the mainline branch or some merge-points, where and why that folder got deleted.
