how to add custom PID?

i would like to know when my Emporia L2 cable is plugged into my Hyundai Ioniq 5.
in CarScanner app, i see the sensor. value is 0 because no cable is plugged in

this is the ID i see in the Settings of the app but im not sure if it is the correct value for PID

even if it is the PID, what value should i put in for Expression?
