ClassNotFoundException org.tartarus.snowball.ext.Stemmer

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open lukeall
2. Select a valid lucene index / FSDirectory
3. Select the Search Tab
4. Select org.apache.lucene.analysis.snowball.SnowballAnalyzer from the 
Analyzers dropdown.

What is the expected output? 

Expected it to not exception.

What do you see instead?

Dialog box with the following exception

   java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.tartarus.snowball.ext.Stemmer


What version of the product are you using? 

v3.5.0
v3.1.0
v0.9.9

On what operating system?

Windows 7 64 Ultimate
Windows XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

I have two machines and have tried all versions listed above (complete 
binaries).

I get the same exception in all versions on both machines.
