Pagination symbol looks like number of element instances (to me)

When I first opened an empty instance of the RADx template I wasn't sure what all the (1) symbols were. I thought this was instance count (perhaps oddly) – I think a count would be nice though. Perhaps (0) for not filled in and (1) when one is filled in?

I wanted to click it, but it does nothing.
