Ring trial version

This is the version of the pipeline that will be used for every iteration of the ring trial experiment by the SIB.
The pipeline should be run through by a docker and not directly from the host computer.

To get the docker image you can:

docker pull metagenlab/diag_pipelines:ring_trial_v0.1.3
