"grunt coverage" has exit code of 0 despite a test failure #211

In this Travis build the grunt coverage call had an error but the build wasn't flagged as broken. Maybe the problem is that there are other tasks to be run after the coverage build? If so, we should perhaps run tests normally and only collect coverage if they pass.

Hmm, I restarted the build and now the error is gone... ups! We'll reopen this if I spot it again.
