Delete files and Sync

Describe the bug

1. I expect the files to be deleted from my telegram when I delete it from the app
2. When I click on the sync, I expect the files to be synced in their own folders that I moved to.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to My Files
2. Create a new folder
3. Upload two files into that folder
4. Go to Telegram and observe that it shows your files
5. Go back to TeleDrive app
6. Delete one of the files from that folder
7. Click Sync button in the app

Expected behavior

1. That one deleted file are also deleted from Telegram
2. That one file doesn't come back to the TeleDrive app after Sync
3. The files that wasn't deleted should be synced with its own folder not in the root
