I was able to move past this issue by creating a new tenant for my organization under Microsoft Partner Center » Account Settings » Tenants. More specifically, I'd created a new Azure AD for my company's Given that the above steps helped me get past the hurdle of no "Fix now" and an empty list of "Things to take care [of]," I'm going to close this discussion for the time being. Hopefully others will find this useful. Good luck! ✌️ |

Hello,
I'm trying to publish a new extension for Microsoft Edge. I signed up for a new Partner Center account by linking the GitHub account I'm currently posting from. Eventually I got to the point where I've entered my company information and verified my work email address as requested. When I go to the Microsoft Partner Center » Edge » Overview section, I see the following warning:
And when I go to the account settings by following this link, I see a red Ⓧ next to "Employment verification" with the vetting status also saying "Ⓧ Rejected."
Most notably, there is nothing under the dropdown section for "Things to take care [of]" and there's no "Fix now" button as described in the "appealing a rejected application" section of the "verify the company account information…" resource document. I'm specifically referring to this screenshot.
I've already submitted a draft of the extension and I'd like to publish it ASAP. If it helps, its product ID is
d92b15f2-6fd8-47ee-af5e-9f54cdf43261
. Please reach out to me in here or in private to complete the verification process. I'm especially curious to understand what I've done wrong while setting up my Microsoft Partner Center account.Thank you in advance,
