Why wasn't an email sent when my extension "Todoist Counter" 's review was

I have the same problem. The review notification emails have stopped working for several months, and the last email I received was dated 2024-02-02. |
Same for me, and looking at the emails, last time I've received "Your ms-edge-addon Group Speed Dial has passed certification" email was 8.8.2023, so it's been broken for about a year now. |

Same issue for us, all the notification settings are enabled but no review result emails. |
Describe the bug
I submitted an extension "Todoist Counter" on August 8 and it passed the review and was published.

However, it appears that no notification email was sent to me when the review was completed.
