real-name verification in Partner Center fails to pass.

When registering Windows and Xbox with a registered Microsoft Edge extension account in Partner Center,
the original real-name information of the Microsoft Edge extension account was modified, causing the real-name verification to fail.
Despite multiple submissions of the required materials, the verification still has not been approved.
I would like to know the reason for this and how to resolve it.

I have submitted the required materials to the Partner Center multiple times as instructed, but each time my submission has been rejected with the same reason.
The information regarding the company, domain ownership, and other relevant details are all correct, yet the submission is still being rejected.

Use the following steps to appeal a rejected application:

• At Account Settings | Legal Info, select Fix now.
• In Account Verification, from Select document type to upload, select the type of document that you want to upload for verification.
• In Enter your comment, you can enter more information about your appeal.
• Select Upload.
  The amount of time required to review an appeal varies. You can return to Account Settings | Legal Info to check verification status at any time. Verification status is Pending during the review.
