[Bug - Partner Center] "Customer contact website" not accepting subdomains

Describe the bug
When entering a URL which has a subdomain, it is rejected in the partner center dashboard.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/account/v3/organization/legalinfo
2. Click on Contact Info
3. Edit Contact Info
4. Enter a URL with a subdomain
5. See error

Expected behavior
The validator should accept the URL. Seems the https: detection validator has some issues.

@ManikanthMSFT Let me know if you need any more info. Seems in general the whole form seems broken in Firefox as well.

It now states the employer verification failed without specifying why and how to fix this.

@ManikanthMSFT As the main issue described in this issue only shows up at the initial step of the verification. I am currently unable to replicate this situation. However I have no reason to believe it all of a sudden got resolved.

As for the website working in Mozilla Firefox. The "Contact Info" section is collapsed and it does not expand upon clicking it.
