Certification wrongly fails for false reason of untestability

For ChatGPT Auto-Continue v2025.1.16 (extension ID kaicnimcjamamnlbaeaneofmdjibgepl) it got rejected w/ the reviewer notes:

Unfortunately, we cannot test the product because the product's primary functions are not usable.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the extension
2. Open ChatGPT website and click on the extension
3. Notice that the extension loads indefinitely

However, clicking toolbar icon just summons a notifications settings menu (popup/controller.js contained a regression bug at the time causing endless loading of menu, not extension, but since patched) so the primary function of Auto-Continue chat that's not even reliant on this supplemental menu absolutely was/is testable:

Anyone can send that prompt w/ no setting tweaked, observe @ ~1:10 a Continue Generating button appears and extension successfully clicks it to continue after sentence #199 so primary function is 100% testable/working
