Sentinel 2 Cloud masking and gapfilling

Has anyone succeeded to do cloud masking and gapfilling using MPC sentinel 2 collection? I'm a newbie. :)

We developed an R SITS package that fully supports the MPC Sentinel-2 cloud masking and gap-filling.

SITS provides an end-to-end environment for land use and land cover classification using big EO data.
