Update 2022.4.0 python launcher breakage.

Hi,

I noticed that when updating to the latest python extension that now I am unable to run any of my python launch configurations due to reports of shadowed python libs such as "queue". Reverting to the previous version resolves this issue for me.

Is this the correct way to submit a bug report?

We don't report anything about shadowed modules. Is this coming from Pylance or the Jupyter extension? Or can you provide a screenshot of what's exactly being reported?

I believe this problem is explained here(#18822) and is caused by an update to debugpy dropping support for python2.
