venv doesn't activated on the first run!

Current output:

issue is only happens on the first run only! how to fix that?

You seem to be using the Code Runner extension, so we can't directly help with this. But if you disable or uninstall Code Runner and use the Run button provided by the Python extension then things should work fine.
