Virtual Environment Not Opening

My virtual environment will not open in my terminal even when I select the correct interpreter even though it was working fine last night, help would be much appreciated.

Git bash isn't officially supported by the Python extension, please try using some other shell like Command prompt or Powershell using Select Default profile command where activation is supported.
