Testing #23848

This is more of a feature request but what if we could prompt users or warn them if they select a version of python we do not support. For example here I didn't even realize I made a 3.7 venv and then saw in the select interpreter but I could anticipate many users wont know what version we are supporting or deprecated

Another idea here would be to gray out the unsupported version and show something on hover to try and catch users before they select an then have to go back through the flow.
