Now that mixpanel no longer supports auto tracking, how do we track page views.

@designloud Thanks for the info! Looks like we'll have to revert to what we have before they added Autotrack. I believe I had automated page tracking built in. I'll have to dig through the git history and implement it again. Not sure how soon I can get to it, as I'm currently loaded with other work. If you want to take a stab at it and look through the Git history (probably 2 years ago or so) and see if you can find it and create a PR, that would be awesome.

I'm a complete newbie here but I'll try. :) I did a search and found this in case it helps provide some direction: 20f3ff6
