Add country subdivision codes

It would be very usefull to have also a list of subdivision codes for all countries. i know this is even more work, but i would like to help with that. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-2
the values can be extracted from https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#iso:code:3166:AT
if you provide the classes/infrastructure, i will help adding countries
