Clean up the domains on AWS

We had to move the older Github website to the newer design. The older website was configured/documented here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_L-c_PLWq-3DBGu_fjpN27RIo_WCbBJUKRvofzomv70/edit
The dev.morphic.bio website was setup as a Static Website on S3 to be served via a CloudFront Distribution. There is a Github action configured to automate the deployment on each push.
Ideally we want to have all resources associated with morphic.bio to be present on the prod- AWS account. Currently there is a soup of things going on which is confusing and not maintainable in the future.
This is a placeholder ticket to fix this and move resources around so that everything is streamlined.

Thanks @ESapenaVentura for flagging this. Yes, indeed this doesn't belong here, not sure how it got here 🫤
The current website is in this repo: https://github.com/ebi-ait/morphic-website/ I'll create another one there and clean up the issues there!
