Per @Thorley1998. The main reason to use splitwise information content is to allow nodes with < 100% support; if we're using a 100% majority rule tree, we can use CIC to just calculate the info content of the tree.

  • Implement in TreeDist ConsensusInfo(), and document special case
  • Update Rogue documentation to document special case
  • Implement in TreeSearch GUI
