Clicking the "Upload" navbar item when on the upload page should pop up the file picker

I've accidentally clicked it so many times thinking that it will bring up the file picker because it's the main CTA on the page.

To be honest, compared to popping up the file picker, changing the upload button style to be the same as that of Files and Guest Links would be better. Like this picture. If you plan to do it this way, could you assign the task to me?

I do want to keep the "Upload" item's style distinct from the other nav items. I want to direct the reader's attention there because that's the primary action.

I think it shouldn't be that hard with JS to have the upload button pop the file picker, but I just haven't gotten around to it.
