Support creating Guest Links via command-line

First of all, thanks for developing picoshare!

It would be great if i can create Guest Links via command-line tools。If it can be implemented, it will be possible to create Guest Links and upload files automatically on the command line. Can it be implemented? Thank you very much！

Unfortunately, this falls outside the scope of PicoShare, so it's not something I'd implement or accept as a contribution.
