As a user reported that the map is not redrawn after marker moves.

Außerdem sollte hier ebenso das Zooming durch Scrolling aktiv sein.

Außerdem: Der Startpunkt bei Neueintragungen ist an für den meisten BerlinerInnen unbekannter Stelle platziert. Besser einen allseites bekannten Startpunkt wählen, wie z.B: den Alexanderplatz oder das Brandenburger Tor.

One user reports that the manual placement of a marker on the map is to complicated.

Two improvements for the ortsdatensatz form:

  • zooming using the scroll wheel is now possible when editing geo objects / place data.
  • when creating new geo objects the default position is a more well known place (Brandenburg Tor) and the map is zoomed out by default

I could not reproduce that the map is not redrawn after that marker has been moved in chrome. I will try to reproduce the error again with firefox.

Fixes #30 & #24, improvements on #29, added two new citymaps.
3d57044 
- There is functionality below 2 new citymaps: Vska Kiezatlas & Familienportal Stadtplan
  Both are populated on demand with geo objects in certain categories
  Dedicated functionality for the therewith outdated vska-stadtplan has be removed
- The default imprint has been adapted to link to the current kiezatlas imprint
- The cluster-marker icon colors have been adjusted to match the kiezatlas circle marker style (#24)
