Take multiple inputs

I would love to test stuff on my local windows machine, but I always have smaller files that I would like to process in batch and get a single resulting text file. Maybe with newlines between results or some other delimeter. This would be a great enhancement.

Thanks for the great work here. Would love to send a PR, but I can only code in C# or Python, my C++ skills are quite limited.
