Registration SMS - Users Receiving Repeated Error Message for Same Serial Number for Every New Entry - 5 Aug

@boyombo This user made an error at 10:42 am where she entered a 12 digit mobile number. Before this time she was receiving confirmation messages. After this error, she continued to only receive the response: "Error for serial 133206. There was a mistake in entering MOBILE. Please check and enter the whole registration code again." for every entry she sent in.

(User's number is 0806 021 2167)

Some variables in class-scope are getting mixed up between requests.
Actually, it seems the issue is coming from textit. Not clear yet but we are still looking.

Happened the issue was with textit. They say they have removed the caching at their end and so we should not see this again

@boyombo This seems to still be happening. In this case the person continues to receive "1 or more parts of your entry are missing" although they have entered a correct registration.
