How can I compile and use it on my calculator?

Hi, I´m really confused about how can I actually compile these repositories, so I can do the process to have android on my calculator. This really seems a really great project, but I´m really confused. I´ve found this article https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/port-calculator-android-on-the-ti-nspire-cx.3143757/ talking about this project but all the files are down and I don´t see any documentation talking on how can I compile these.
