Allow URL parameters to be more robust against missing data

If an erdblick state is restored from the local storage using URL parameters and some of the internal data have changed or is missing (for example, a map is no longer available), the new state may lead to errors and configuration issues. Make sure that for every parameter we have a proper check of the state, so we can restore only applicable parameters and fall back on the rest.
