No server notifications on Windows desktop client

Hello all,

New user here...

On the Windows desktop client I have all notifications enabled and I was wondering why I am not getting any server notifications?

I have the a cron job running on my AIO that checks a few things and sends a notifcation using docker exec --user www-data nextcloud-aio-nextcloud ./occ notification:generate

I get the notification on the Android client but not in Windows desktop so am wondering why.

Please help or comment on what may be the issue or what to check.

The same problem, notifications from the calendar come to the phone (Android), but they are not in the desktop client.
Notifications are enabled in the settings and in the browser. Test_client push notifications on the computer receives them
Desktop client - 3.15.3 for Windows, Nextcloud server - Nextcloud AiO 30.0.5
