Almost every night, and even during the day, but I can catch it easier then, Trio stops communicating with Dexcom G6. It causes a red loop and requires my phone to restart to fix it. Currently, I have background refresh on every single app except Trio and Dexcom. I tried reinstalling the Dexcom app, but nothing has worked. On Facebook, some other people have also been having this problem, which leads me to believe it is a problem with the Trio app and it needs to be updated ASAP to fix this. Kelsey Huss has recommended that we submit a bug report about this, as it is a huge problem for many Trio users.

The log is attached:
log.txt

To Reproduce:

  1. Mostly happens during the night
  2. Wait for it to happen. There is no clear way to reproduce it.

Expected behavior:
I expect it to work smoothly, with it being green while receiving my Dexcom numbers and looping every single cycle.
