Dec 2024 propose idea to GEOXO w Ryan Vandermuelen 🎊
Jan 2025 work with NANOOS-UW as new task for ocean data grant 🎊
Feb 2025 finalize funding and decide re Plan A (in-person) or Plan B (small virtual)
Mar 2025 Planning team starts working and send out announcements
Apr-July 2025 Pre-material; UW works on logistics
August 2025 EVENT!
