Users will enter the DAO through a Queue.

they should propose their contribution to the DAO, typically in asset form, but the DAO can accept any type of contribution because the DAO is manually operated.

The DAO controls a governance proposal that can create exp and send it to a address.

joining the DAO is a gov prop for which the user spends craft
