Unable to create testdefinition

Hi, it seems like it is not possible to create nutestdefinition with VSPK, the parent for nutestdefinition should be Organization object, but we can't do this with VSPK.

With REST debugging and with GUI Genealogy, I saw that parent is organization UUID.
