Track who has actually used their booking for more accurate track and trace.

Track who regularly makes bookings but then doesn't actually visit the office.

Possible implementation:

Allow "Office Admins" or another similar role to be able to mark a booking as having been used.
Look up the booking by the person's name in the admin bookings listing.
Consider using a QR code to allow the security staff to quickly validate and register the booking as having been used. This would need to work well at a distance to avoid getting too close.
