Changes with the 5.5E update

We are sticking with 2014 5E and not updating to the new ruleset. This affects our software:

5eTools

• Make a 2014 D&D "final snapshot" alt-site. Which will stay frozen that way forever. This site will have all the current flat 5e data on it. Nothing from the 2024 books (or later) will be on there.
• Add One D&D (or 5.1e or 5.5e whatever you want to call it) to the main site, and to Plutonium
• Gate older content behind "reprinted" filters, as we have now with stuff from VGM/MTF/etc.
• Add site-wide config to toggle hover-links between "load 2014 content" and "load One D&D content". So that hovering over "the restrained condition`` in an older adventure will pop up the rules text appropriate to the user's preferred version.

FoundryVTT

In September Foundry will be publishing an official premium module for the updated Player's Handbook. Until the revised SRD is published in 2025 this will be the only way to access pre-made content from the new rulebooks in the system. Once the revised SRD is made available the content will be added to the system in the same way the SRD 5.1 content is currently available.
The current Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition system will remain compatible with all content based on both the 2014 and the 2024 rulebook update.

I have frozen the game system at 3.x until all the bugs get sorted out.

edit: Now that it's been released, there is a toggle for 2014 or 2024 rules. See release notes.

Despite blacklisting the 2024 books, it seems stuff is still coming up in Plutonium. Need to investigate further.

Plutonium has dropped support for 2014, the final version is:
https://github.com/TheGiddyLimit/plutonium-next/releases/tag/v1.84.3

Need to lock that and figure out what the final Foundry game system version is as well.
