Add BCP references to the normative section #48

Adding BCP references by including the items below in the list of normative references breaks the build.

-  BCP14:
-  BCP212:

Tasks to solve this issue

  • Add the references in the normative section the right way
  • Re-add the references in the text (search for BCP14/BCP212 and add a reference)

This is fixed in 639b69d by using RFC2119 RFC8174 instead of BCP14, and RFC8252 instead of BCP212
