Implement the ability to attach comments to a play.

This feature is a great start in the latest release. Would be nice to extend the feature and allow the user to print them in the PDF exports

👍 great Idea. @crashless how would you layout the comments when printing to PDF? E.g. on the right side of the play, underneath the play, ...?
