Add remaining Cabled and Uncabled instruments to CAVA

Overview

There are several classes of remaining instruments that need to be ingested into the CAVA system to close out #497. My first cut (following the successful incorporation of IRIS instruments), starting from most important and easiest to least important and hardest: PREST, TMPSF, D1000, PRESF (uncabled), BOTPT, HPIES, ADCPT, VADCP, VELPT, VEL3D, SPKIR, OPTAA, THSPH, TRHPH, METBK (uncabled), WAVSS (uncabled), FDCHP (uncabled), HYDBB, ZPLSC, CAMDS, and CAMHD. The last four will be separate issues, since they're audio/visual data.

Action

Ingest data from the remaining instruments, in the following order (as much as possible):

• PREST
• TMPSF
• D1000
• PRESF (uncabled)
• BOTPT (high-density, multiple streams - see issue #617)
• HPIES
• ADCPT
• VADCP
• VELPT
• VEL3D
• SPKIR
• OPTAA
• THSPH
• TRHPH
• METBK (uncabled)
• WAVSS (uncabled)
• FDCHP (uncabled)
