As per requirement 2.1.6, the API shall have the ability to check for algorithm changes within the OOI system. Given that the OOI does not currently communicate this to users, this requires a trustworthy source of this information, and also would be a value-added product of the CAVA site.

Determine how to detect algorithm and other code changes within OOI production system.
Implement ability for API to harvest and deliver information related to OOI code changes.
Test that OOI code changes can be reliably detected and communicated via CAVA API.
