get_ereefs_movie() relies on the user to use an external function to put the images together as an animation

Currently, the function generates a series of static image files and the user needs to use another program or function to stitch these together. Personally, I use imagemagick. This is now very easy to do within R using gifski https://github.com/r-rust/gifski
