Issue description

Databus registration view where OEP table (plus schema) can be registered to databus given databus account, API key and related group. Additionally, metadata of table together with databus ID is registered on MOSS.

Two more changes must be done:

  • Version shall become version from data (not date as before)
  • Metadata JSON shall be added (therefore create variation "type" holding "data" and "metadata")
