In reviewing the Uniprot-to-Ensembl linkset, it was raised:

ENSG IDs (as given as example) are not included in the linkset. Was this due to the one to many issue?

I don't know what this means.. @danidi - any idea?

As an example that works - try http://purl.uniprot.org/ensembl/ENSGALT00000045191

A similar comment on Uniprot to Entrez Gene:

The identifier 100010 (given example) is not included in uniprot_geneid.ttl

but I don't know where this example is found, as the void file do not contain any example.

Can I close this issue, @danidi - or do you know where the examples where listed?

Sorry.. this is just me getting confused when links are missing. The example referred to is the one at http://ops2.few.vu.nl/QueryExpander/dataSource/En and http://ops2.few.vu.nl/QueryExpander/dataSource/L so this remains a valid IMS issue.

Also http://ops2.few.vu.nl/QueryExpander/dataSource/M is wrong, should not include MGI: in example.

http://ops2.few.vu.nl/QueryExpander/dataSource/Ce is wrong, should not have CHEBI:
