Создал запись плана (код классификатора CPV 09134200, описание "СМАРТ-2 тестовый план"). Запись создалась без проблем, но при нажатии кнопки "Синхронизация с Prozorro" появилась ошибка:

Ошибка: План закупок не был обновлен в ProZorro. [KZAP: 300; Ошибка в ProZorro: ]

Вопрос, решен. Связано было с тем, что id плана получили по адресу 51......, после перехода на lp.sanbox.... пытались эту строчку синхронизировать по новому адресу.
