creating nordic slopes

bug: one preset is now "classic+skating" this does not fit do the common value separator in OSM. Correct style: "classic;skating"

This topic is mentioned on the wiki page, I think you'd need to start a discussion or proposal on the wiki if you want to deprecate a tag

For reference: the value was added in 2014. Back then, the wiki was quite explicit which tag value to use:

classic+skating […] Do not add spaces and always use classic before skating! "classic;skating" is deprecated.
