Group submissions

In a discussion of an unrelated homework system someone mentioned a feature that allowed for group submissions. A long long time ago someone requested this for WeBWorK, since they often did group work in class, and wanted a mechanism to allow one student to submit WW answers on behalf of a group of students.

I realize that this probably won't be an early feature of WW3, but I'm throwing it out there so we can think about it with respect to DB design. i.e. is there anything about our current DB structure that would make this either easier or harder to implement later?
