Fresh install, but I can't log in to admin page, no error!

Hello everybody.
I'm new here on the forum, and on Live Helper Chat.
In the past, I installed and tested it, but today, I am unable to log in after the installation is complete. On the admin page, I enter my login details but nothing happens.
Does anyone have any tips on what it could be?

Your pho sessions might not work. Try incognito or read docs and enable debug outout.

I apologize, but I didn't understand why it is pointing the files in one place and finding them in another. Was there a missing configuration in the installation?

Your report looks fine, look at report once you submit form.

Also try to enter wrong logins you should get an error. If nothing happens once you enter valid, your php sessions does not work.

With valid credentials or not, nothing happens!
I installed it on Linux and Windows (XAMPP) but the symptom is the same on both.

I have another site running on the same Apache (GLPI) and it works normally, only the LHC is not working...

For that type of issues debug there is paid support. Nothing else I can do.

I did a fresh install of the web server and now everything works correctly.
