Please improve the Network Recovery scripts

If you switch wifi, or go from WiFi to 3G, or LAN cable to WifI, the transport sometimes doesnt connect, and the registration sometimes hangs.

The phone script will now recover immediately after a network failure. (Previously this was unreliable). When the fault is on the server side, the reconnect script executes. When the fault is local or you simply change from WiFi to LAN, the transport is reset and the reconnect script is executed.

For the Browser Softphone we have introduced a Call-Reconnect script that attempts to reconnect a call that was in established state at the time of the failure, so long as the network recovers within 120 seconds.

Your Asterisk box should therefore have a rtp_timeout= set to something greater than 120.
